VICTORY COMPOSITES: CARBON FIBER/FIBERGLASS REPAIR

We initiate the repairs by doing an in depth, and in person, inspection as well as document all failure points. We then provide you a breakdown of the repairs needed and start the repair. We then isolate, remove, and bevel the damaged area and use a high strength composite adhesive to set it in place and create a bondable surface.

Once cured the part is layed up with the composite of your choice. Depending on the desired finish we offer weave-matching and polishing, primed paint ready finish, or even paint matching.

At Victory Composites our top notch composites technicians and engineers can design parts, create molds, and fabricate high quality carbon fiber parts from scratch. If you bring us an existing parts we can make molds of your part and recreate it out of the composite of your choosing. We also have the abilities to design parts/molds in 3d space and produce molds/parts out of them.
